Independent Cathodic Protection Services: Finding a Home Base to Reach Lofty Goals

ICPS creates unique solutions for environmental protection across many infrastructure-based industries, including oil and gas and telecommunications. Coming into the venture with decades of combined experience, founders Gerry and Rob applied creative solutions that had never been tested in their industry before. In doing so, they were able to provide superior products with significant cost savings to their clients, and word about this advanced technology has spread quickly.     

After many years of working from home, Gerry and Rob began to look for a flexible space where they could work on business development more collaboratively. Since 2018, they have enjoyed continued growth in their client base, team, and revenues. Strategic innovation is a key part of ICPS’s business plan, and by leading important developments in their industry, their products and services are becoming highly sought after in Alberta, Canada, and even internationally.   

Today, you’ll find ICPS in one of the storefront locations at NABI. The three separate offices allow them to work both collaboratively and independently, depending on what their workload looks like for the week ahead. Collaboration isn’t limited to their internal team, either; they enjoy using the services of many of their neighbours in NABI, taking every opportunity they can to network and support local businesses. “We’ve tripled our growth since 2018,” the team says, “and this year we are looking at growing significantly again. NABI has been part of this, giving us a base to reach these goals.”
