1st-floor suites (also known as anchor suites) range from 400 to 3000 square feet and provide growing businesses with extra space needed for their business growth.

License agreements for these spaces are offered with longer agreement terms and a 3-month notice to vacate period.

Spaces on the 1st floor have storefront access facing west to Carnegie Drive and to the east of the building. All suites have access to a private or shared/common bathroom and some access to a small kitchenette space.

Second Floor Offices

2nd-floor office suites range from 100 to 500 square feet and provide new and small businesses flexible license agreement terms on a 1-month notice to vacate period so that they can quickly pivot risk-free.

License agreements for these spaces are for 3 to 5 years.
