Time and time again, we meet clients who express frustrations when it comes to marketing and communications. “I don’t understand how to connect with my customers.” “I don’t know how to tell my story.” “I don’t have a brand.” “What content do I put on my website?” “What the heck is SEO?” And so it goes.
So naturally, being in the business of maximizing your businesses success, we decided it’s about time to do something about it. Welcome to 2018, where NABI now has a small but mighty Marketing Team willing to share their knowledge and provide you with the guidance you need to get on that path of growing your business.
Without further ado, let us introduce to you NABI’s two Marketing and Communications professionals:
Melanie is NABI’s Graphics & Administrative Coordinator, and works to connect with our clients at a personal level. With a robust creative background, practicing both traditional and digital art, Melanie creates all of NABI’s graphics that grab your attention. From those fun posters you may have seen tacked up around our buildings, to the nifty headers on our website and the various event graphics - Melanie has been the graphic designer behind the masterpiece. (Fun fact: Melanie graduated from NAIT in 2012, and recently discovered that one of her class pieces is still prominently on display at the school!)
Another big part of Melanie’s job is to manage the day-to-day operations of our Campbell building, which means she is on the front lines with NABI’s clients - as well as theirs. She is a self-described people person whose greatest joy in life is to make others smile, whether that’s through a well-timed word or a successful piece of graphic design. She is passionate about conveying effective branding and messaging through the use of powerful imagery and print material. With an eye for color and a flair for thinking outside of the box, Melanie is here to help meet your company’s every visual need.

As NABI’s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Chelsey lives and breathes words. Whether this involves writing and editing copy for social media, internal or external communication pieces, or promotional materials, you’ve probably read something she wrote (including right now).
Another big part of her job is developing, leading, and implementing strategy. Getting into the nitty gritty, this includes deciding what to focus on, how to communicate it, when to push it (or pull… hey inbounders!), and where to do it.
With the goal of seeing NABI’s clients succeed, Chelsey is willing and able to discuss your marketing and communication plan (even if you don’t have one), website, online marketing strategies, and social media accounts. She wants to share her knowledge with you and identify opportunities for growth.
